Business Leaders Forum focuses its activities on projects in the area of corporate social responsibility awarness and implementation, enterprise and small business promotion and education of managers and university students. Currently the projects can be split into three groups:

1. Conferences, seminars, roundtables
   BLF organizes conferences, seminars and roundtables where current tasks related to Corporate Social Responsibility are presented and discussed

2. Long-term projects
   • Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) questions – BLF undertook a research on CSR in the Czech Reublic and published its results in 2003. The publication can also serve as a good introduction into the topic.

   • BLF has been creating an online database of good CSR practice in the Czech Republic since 2005.

   • Manager Shadowing Program – The core of the program is a two week internship based on the principle of work shadowing, completed with activities with added benefits both for the firms, as well as the students. During the internship university students in the final or penultimate year of their study work shadow managers.

   • CSR as a new factor of competitiveness – the main aim as to raise CSR awarness among SMEs.

   • The Health, Safety and Environment Award - rewarding best improvement of the environment of the workplace, and/or in the community or region

3. Patnership projects
   BLF has been featuring as an active partner and CSR expert in projects financed from the EU funds. Currently BLF as participating on three projects:
